As we head into Open Enrollment season, the Flock team has been making great strides towards making benefits management seamless for our broker and company admin users all the while simplifying the enrollment process for their employees. In this release, our primary goals were to: * Enhance Remote Workforce Management: Benefits administration has to adapt to modern employees' working patterns such as working from any zip code while accessing their benefits using a mobile device. * Simplify Open Enrollment: The OE process shouldn't be intimidating, rather, it should feel easy to run reports and quickly track employee enrollments status. * Seamless Payroll Deduction Management: Payroll deduction setup, troubleshooting, and auditing should be very clear, transparent, and accessible to administrators.
